Costin Miereanu is a Romanian composer and performer of experimental music, whose compositional
style features a sensuous sonic fabric by combining of Satie’s techniques with an abstraction
of Romanian traditional music. Many of his works include visual components. Miereanu has composed
works that are aleatoric and in the style of Musique concrète for orchestra and chamber orchestra.
